Process
How we work together
Transparent from the start — you always know what I am working on and what comes next.
Initial call
We talk through your project, your goals and constraints. I get the full picture — no obligation, straight talk.
Planning
If we decide to build it together, we plan the project jointly and lock down scope, schedule and terms contractually. A clear basis for both sides.
Build & review
I build — and you review after every change. Your feedback flows in continuously, so there are no surprises at the end.
If something new comes up later, it simply runs through the same build & review loop. The prices for it are already set in the original contract and are billed along with it.
Documentation
During the build I document every feature — so the operation and the technical background are clear to everyone. You receive two sets of documentation:
Go-live
Once everything meets your expectations, we go live and deploy the site — cleanly and monitored.
Team training
On request I train your team on day-to-day use — remotely or on-site, so you're productive with the new solution right away.
Project retro
We look back at the project together: what went well, what didn't — and whether it continues. On request I keep maintaining the site, e.g. with security updates or new features.

Behind Gast Labs is Marcel Gast. For over 15 years I've worked professionally on software and B2B systems — across e-commerce, real estate, telecoms, insurance and web. From Ortenberg, Germany, direct and personal, without agency overhead: you talk to the person who actually builds your software.
